NO REFUND SERVICE POLICY

Dissatisfaction in a service results must be expressed within 24 HRS of the service and client MUST return to the salon for the work to be evaluated and inspected to determine if dissatisfaction is warranted.

If client is unwillingly to return to LAVISH HAIR & CO. for review/evaluation then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done. LAVISH HAIR & CO. artists will fix and correct the service. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved then the money associated with the service will be deposited as a credit into (LAVISH HAIR & CO.) account. NO REFUNDS

DEPOSIT POLICY

Lavish Hair & Co. Requires a $50/$75 Deposit depending if it’s a Full/Partial Lightening Service. Deposit is to be given prior to their Appointment being scheduled. If deposit is not given within 24 Hours of Booking the Appointment then the opportunity may be given to another client. Booking with Lavish Hair & Co. is First Come First Serve. Once Deposit is placed there is NO REFUNDS/CREDITING if Canceled/Rescheduled for ANY REASONS. All of our Artists Time(s) are Valuable so please make sure you can make your appointment. Note: The Deposit is for Lightening Services ONLY

NO SHOW POLICY

If a client is a new client and does not show up to their appointment without ANY NOTICE, the deposit will NOT be refundable and the client can no longer rebook at LAVISH HAIR & CO.

HEALTH ENVIRONMENT POLICY

If you are feeling under the weather , being around anyone who can potentially be sick, or if you are feeling any symptoms please we ask that you reschedule. Visiting the salon while your sick exposes our stylists and clients is at risk. So please we ask that you stay home and get better; Reschedule when you are feeling better. Unfortunately, there is no refund but we will credit you 50% of your deposit to your Lavish Hair N’ Co account.

CHILD CARE & EXTRA PEOPLE POLICY

At LAVISH HAIR & CO., we aim to provide the most relaxing and sanitary environment for clients. Therefore, we ask that you make your child arrangements and not leave your children unattended. All children are susceptible to elements of danger in the salon.

We kindly ask that you do not bring any extra people to your appointment, as we are following social distancing guidelines and the safety of our clients are extremely important.
